5 min, 2x4 min, 3x3 min, 4x2 min, 5x1 min w/ 2 min between sets, 1 min between reps; short pyramid after that I think? 10s-70s? I should have written this down on Monday. I worked the whole dang time, at least, minus a ~5 min warmup/few min cooldown.
