Yay taper - achy hips this morning, totally fine once I got moving. I'm not super sure about that heart rate data, didn't feel hard.

Trying to start writing down more about taper so I can structure things a bit better next time. Feel like yesterday's workout was a good call - I'd like to do a little more speedy/fast-twitch stuff over the next few days. Tentative plan is for 4 at MP plus a few faster pickups tomorrow, 12 with 6-8 miles of 1 min fast, rest of the mile easy on Sunday, probably a couple of strides Monday or Tuesday, dress rehearsal workout in VF4% on Wednesday.
