3:10/3:06, 3:04/3:10, 3:10/3:09. Not my finest effort re: pacing but at least I hung on. Didn't feel terrible, just knew I wasn't going to match the 3rd rep again after slowing so much for the 4th at the same effort. Started too fast on rep 5, held back more in the early laps of the last one and felt much better at the end. C/d mile in pink/blue Launch.
