Notes

10 min tempo-ish - was going to do 4x10min, but was too engrossed in Serial and the effort/concentration wasn't there so I did 40 min MP effort, quick break for Gu and then hard intervals - 5 min, 2x4 min, 3x3min, 4x2min, 5x1 min, 1 minute recovery between all.
