Started out hard, took me a bit to get in the groove but when I did, man did I. Really focused on keeping my RPMs steady, then second always be pushing the pedal. Feet felt better, though I do think my shoes are a problem. Right one is missing part of the lacing/latchinig system so it allows my foot to twist slightly. My left arm was fine. The last half of the route I was mostly half tucked.
