Fantastic race and the 1:30 Pacer, Mike, did an excellent job of keeping us on target! I was nervous going into this race as I felt that I had genuinely under prepared for this run but I am really pleased with the results from this run. I'm honestly not sure on the effect of nutrition prior to the run as I ate a very large helping of Generals Chicken from Master Wok the night before, rest was so-so as I was up multiple times throughout the night, and did not do any warm up run prior to getting on the course. It was a cold morning and was generally very thankful for my gloves and the long sleeve shirt. Next goal will be to finish in 1:28:00.
