This and the next one were the same workout, pushed wrong button on watch. Steph, Michelle, Ivan, Jen and I did a warmup together, then I did:

3x(1:00 1:15, 1:30) uphill hard.

Felt pretty good on the last set. still sort of fatigued from Thursday, but overall pretty good.
