I think Wednesday's run in the weather finally helped push this illness out of my body. As Thursday was the first time in over a week that my body temperature felt normal.
I met Rob, Pat and Doug but was at the back of the pack and couldn't push enough to keep up with Doug and Pat as they separated from us. Rob hung back with me but could have easily kept up with them.
I did see Caroline and Johnnie B. on my solo ride back to the Athletic Club looking great.
