Notes
I was fine during the run. My legs have been feeling really heavy. I felt my Achilles but it didn't bother me. I took a nap in the afternoon and woke up with the outside of my right leg above my ankle hurting. I've had this sort of pain before. Because of this I decided to take the next day off to get rid of all of the injury-like aches and get myself healthy for the next 4 weeks of training.
Today's run had the cut-down the last 4 miles and we got 6:32, 6:17, 6:12, 5:55
