Notes

Legs were feeling it so I want to build them up by being kind on easier days and set myself up for the time trial. I did my 6 strides with Enrique and Chitwood to wrap it up. I also took an ice bath and did a lot of rolling to help out my legs. Anything I can do to help my legs I want to take advantage of.
