6x 2 minutes hard, 1 minute jog, 1 minute hard, 30 second jog, 30 seconds hard, 30 second jog; I felt pretty good during the whole workout. The 2 minute intervals got pretty hard the last couple of reps but as long as I kept my mind motivated I did well. I believe we were getting about .9 miles every set with every mile being just under or just over 6 minutes based on where the jogging ended up. I was very pleased with the workout.
