Notes

My legs just felt real tired during the workout. The first workout we had I hit strong 400 times going uphill and right now it seems harder to hit the times. It seems like I'm running faster than the splits are showing. My legs just seem to be tired from the miles. Today I was breathing very heavily on the second 800. I know I'm getting stronger and I'm hitting the same times on more tired legs. I'm getting real excited about running with the other guys in a little over a week. Can't wait to be on campus.

The workout was 2 sets of 200, 400, 800; 34, 70, 2:25; 33, 67, 2:23

We also did 3x50 second hill sprints because we had to stop before a stop sign. I felt pretty strong on the hill sprints
