Notes
Did the whole warm up routine. The weather was not as hot as the last tempo so I was pretty motivated. I started the first mile under control and was going a little too easy but it made the whole tempo more of a success. Jared turned around early because of his knee so ran the whole thing by myself. I did well the first three miles and was just cruising. The fourth mile fatigue started to set in and I let it get me a little, causing that mile to be slightly slower. I turned up the intensity the last two miles and started grinding. My mind has really gotten stronger. So overall my calves were tired the whole tempo from a workout the day before but I didnt let it take me over.
Splits were 5:51, 5:35, 5:45, 5:56, 5:28, 5:23
