Notes

I was tired for the warm up but this run really helped remind me that running faster sometimes makes you feel better. I felt stronger and stronger as the workout went on and felt like a could have gone a little faster during some reps. I have to make sure I run harder so I have no regrets after workouts.

6 sets of 2 min hard, 1 minute jog, 1 min hard, 30 sec jog, 30 sec hard, 30 sec jog
