Notes

We got up every morning at 5:30 to run which really took a toll on my body. I got maybe 6 or less than 6 hours of sleep every night because of Workcamp activities. Waking up that early, working every day from 9 to 3 out in the sun, and then coming back to the school to run again definitely wore me out some.
