Notes

It was maybe not such a great choice waking up the morning after a hard workout. My legs were very tired. The first half of the run, after a slow first mile, all of the miles were around 7:15. Then, we finished the last 5 miles all under 7 which made me feel a lot better about a slightly more quality run. I plan on continuing to work on my recovery.
