Boy did this hurt....almost caught Dennis.....was determined NOT to walk when I saw Dennis struggling....gave this my all! Almost up-chucked.... :-)

Course was LONG so left mileage the same...... Race Wizard has 4K (2.5 Miles) which is a 9:27 mile There was a big dispute at the start. They let the 8K go across the mat and then walked up the 4K. They changed the start line several times before the dropped the mats
