Had to keep slowing myself down the first 3 miles.....it was so and sweaty I was dripping before I started. Was please getting back up the hill....small, small walk break on steep part of the first incline and another small on steep incline on sec part. Still made it up that dang hill with a 9:41 average.....very happy with that. NO miles over 10.
