hard session because i missed the workout for today. trying to NOT feel like a sac
disappointed to miss the cross train session today. just too much work to try and work in a 2 hour cross-train. If i couldve run, it wouldve gotten done, but obviously we dont want to add too much too soon. time to start building up
I miss the 60 mile weeks. First time in awhile where i have had an absolute craving for the huge amounts of running because i can finally start to build and it is an actual possibility. I miss those weeks in Spain where i just ran a ridiculous amount and felt fast. I want to get back to the ridiculous shape that i was in at the end of the summer
