Crummy run, but at least I was out there. So cold and windy. No endurance or mental toughness--lots of walk breaks. Intended to run BB Lane, but there was such an icy wind I just turned around and walked home. The Chicas are posting about their long runs and other triumphs, and I'm getting discouraged. I wish I were progressing better. I don't know why I'm not. I am working hard, but little improvement in my running or weight for weeks now. Have I topped out?
