Notes
I had another great run today. I really felt loose today, except a mile twinge of tighness in my right knee during a big hill I have on mile 4 of tday's route (I fell playing tennis on that knee the other day, so no surprise it was a bit tight). Otherwise, it felt like a fairy steady, consistent run, even though the terrain of this route is hilly.
