In general, my legs were a bit tired simply did not want to cooperate and my first 1.5 miles were very slow. My stomach was a bit shaky this morning as well, which didn't help.
I still pushed through all 12 one-minute intervals and think I averaged low 8 minute speed intervals. I did keep the tempo very consistent on the fast intervals, most of the time doing 160 steps per minute. I didn't count steps on the slower intervals. The last bit of the run was tough as I felt tired and a bit lightheaded, but the pacing picked up towards the end.
