Notes
I wish I had a "stupid" label. Overslept and decided to grind it out in the heat of the day. Gave myself heatstroke and almost puked at mile 4.5, ran out of water at mile 6. Hit CVS and got re-hydrated, called Tony at mile 8 and met up with him at a Wawa at mile 9. Almost puked and fainted while in the Wawa as well. Was supposed to do 12, but the hateful Gods of Heatstroke won. Really great for my confidence going into next weekend. Really.
At least I got some free vitamin water and ice cream out of the deal. Tony paid. :)
