Notes
I am still on the road, so I used a local trail for my run. The first
two miles were very hilly (500 feet of elevation change), so they were
slow. The rest of the trail was rolling hills but more manageable,
albeit narrow. My stomach was bothering me (something from dinner
didn't settle), but I pushed through.
Splits were as follows:
Mile 1: 13:20
Mile 2: 12:52
Mile 3: 10:32
Mile 4: 11:35
Mile 5: 10:46
Mile 6: 10:40
Mile 7: 11:00
Mile 8: 11:16
Mile 9: 10:38
