Notes

Great run from falls bridge along kelly drive and west river drive. Very steady pace throughout, my legs were nice and loose the whole way. I carried 16 oz water and 10 oz of sports drink in my water belt and took two small sips of water at mile markers 1.5, 3, 4.5 and 7.5. At mile 6 I took two larger sips of sports drink. This seemed to work well, I had no stomach problems and didn't get dehydrated.
