Dewpoint 65 - compared to 54 yesterday
8mi marathon pace run - 8:02.3 average. Had to stop and catch breath a few times. On newly redone D&R canal path. Dewpoint 65 so not the most ideal. Was drenched and getting chills at the end (didn't carry water with me). Stomach cramps after finishing MP portion - had to walk for a good portion of last mile.
