I ran short out and backs to stay close to the restrooms. I didn't want to take a chance with the GI problems I'd had yesterday. I ended up not having any issues, though. I tried to keep my heart rate relatively low, which hindered my pace some, especially on the hills. But, I did pretty good, with my max hitting 149. Any time it got to 145 or more, I would slow down to get it back under. No legs pains at all, but my second toe on right foot was bothering me after a while, even with the moleskin cushion.
