This workout didn't get off to a very good start. My intent was to run for about 10 minutes to warm up, and then begin a pyramid interval session. However, about 8-9 minutes in, I realized I was going to have to head home for a bathroom break. So, I did that, and then ran easy back over to the neighborhood park to run the intervals. This workout felt really good. I started with 5 minutes at 10:45. and was going to work my way down to 9:45. I was actually having trouble running slow enough. I'd start the interval out too fast, and then have to back off. I just let loose on the last interval (one minute), and ran just under 8:00 instead of at 9:45.
