I'm either catching a cold, or having some bad allergy problems. Either way, my right ear is stopped up and has an ocean sound in it. That made the headphones sound funny while I was trying to watch an episode of Friends while running. I had to take out the right one and only listen with the left. I didn't run outside earlier in the day. We took the dogs for a walk and the cool air made it hard for me to breathe with the congestion, so I decided to just run on the treadmill instead.
