Decided to do about 5k today, and start ramping this mid-week run up as a medium long run. I'll bump up the mileage on my long run over the weekend to increase weekly mileage as well. My second toe on my right foot started twinging a little bit during the last half mile or so. This is the same thing that has happened for the last several years as I've gotten my miles up to around 4 in a run, so I'm going to try and get it looked at soon.
