I managed to set a PR today, despite the less than ideal conditions. It was 88 degrees at the start, windy and humid. Just after the turn-around, I looked at my watch, and saw that my pace would give me a PR if I could keep it up. I told Rachel that she needed to run me in. She delivered, and I had a 15 second PR.
