Notes
I think this is officially the worst weather condition I've ever run in. If it wasn't for the "run every day" thing, today would have most definitely been a day off. There was freezing rain all day long, but fortunately it was only sticking to elevated surfaces like trees, since it was so warm a couple of days ago. I waited around thinking that maybe at least the rain would stop and I would only have to deal with the cold, but no such luck. I did a half hour of elliptical before heading out. I'm not sure if it was that, or the layering, but I was bordering on being too warm, even as cold natured as I am.
I wore a long sleeve tech shirt, then a sweatshirt, then my waterproof jacket, the layered gloves like yesterday, and tights.
