Run on the treadmill, as it was threatening to storm, very windy and thunder and lightening. This was a real mental challenge. did 1/2 mile repeats at 10:00 pace, then 5:00 minute intervals at 12:30 pace x 4. Last cool down was a full mile at 12:30.
