Notes
This was my first attempt at running in the morning. I didn't feel like I could eat a full breakfast, so I had a half a banana. Felt like I needed to go to the bathroom before I left, but no luck. But then, had to come back home after just over two miles. Went out again to finish up 4, but cut it short when I needed to come back home yet again. I think that yesterday's junk food was playing wreaking havoc on my insides. Hopefully, that was it, and it's not a sign of what will happen when trying to run in the morning on a regular basis.
