Nice and cool day.
1 pack of nummies, water break at 5, 10 and 15...should have ran with water.
Tried to do some negative splits in groups of 5 miles and tried to finish the last 2 sets under a 9:10 pace.
Thought I did pretty well except for the 2nd last mile...felt like there was some elevation, though.
Had to push in the last mile. I wouldn't have been able to maintain that pace much longer, though.
