did a 1-mile warmup that I think I'm going to add to my normal routine. Didn't try to kill myself in the first mile...eased into my pace. Also, tried to run smarter...running tangents, looking for an upcoming downhill and making sure I have a clear path in front of me...and then pushing a bit in the end. Considering I ran yesterday, had some potential plantar issues, felt like it was a decent time. I'll take it.
