Wow, felt like a steep learning curve from beginning to end with much more to learn but for some reason I feel very proud now.

Speed
Daniels:
4 x (200m R pace with 200m jogs)
2 x (400m R pace with 400m jogs)
1 x (800m R pace with 800m jog)
2 x (400m R pace with 400m jogs)
4 x (200m R pace with 200m jogs)
Adapted (to be shorter, but whatever):
200m = 30s
400m = 1m
800m = 2m
Recoveries full or 2m, 3 min, 4 min
Phase II begins (4-weeks)
