Was supposed to do the beer mile, but I can't handle any more beer and fast running after last night. Too bad, woulda been fun. Instead did a treadmill run and got some video from the side and slightly less effective video from the front (can't see my toes drop). Ended up doing about a mile at T pace or a bit faster, so a little more work on my lactate threshold on top of yesterday. 2 x 3 min at T pace I reckon is kinda like the super fast finish. Curious to get the video on to my computer and check it out.
