15' rest. Still got progressively more sore, so that was good. Just did them intuitively based on just knowing it was 3 x 600 and found a pace almost right between 800m pace and mile pace, so I was pleased with that. The stimulus felt good—in both time and speed—and it didn't bother me that they got slower. Really intensely felt my ventilatory max in the last 40". Don't know if that's supposed to have an effect but boy it burned!
