Run felt a bit easy, and it was slow, but the heart rate made sense in my new fangled zones, so I felt a bit comforted that it was still a useful run. All those extra winter clothes are awful. I miss shorts and a singlet. Actually, doing the treadmill in my shorts felt freeing after being outside in the heavy tracksters, long-sleeve t-shirt, and gloves. Finished the treadmill feeling easy at 7:12 pace with 1% incline and then I did

7 hill sprints (10 seconds at 10% incline and 12.4mph - the max).

Unbelievably, the max of the treadmill is Mosop's marathon pace on a bad day. Stop Mosop.
