New pace chart. Counted strides - 178 in a minute going slightly up and 188 coming back down. Probably right, but counting in my head feels like it influences my cadence (also, while that would help, it is insanely boring). Very easy, light, good. Glad to have these races to improve my stamina. Kinda perfect since that's what I need.
