Felt like a very good idea - LT hills. Bit short really, not half a mile or anything, but it's early in the season and a nice way to get some exposure to work, even if it is 5 minutes worth total. Out with Aaron, met Shalane.
Plyometrics:
bounding/power skipping (7 x 25m)
one legged hops (3 x 25m each leg)
box jumps 20 x 8 of those rungs - 40cm?
Core Strength:
2 sets of
legs up, knee to elbow (10 x each leg)
leg raises (10)
fetal position -> legs and arms up and out (10)
