I learned a bunch of things from this, including that I can have fun but I can't fool science. A normal tempo run at this stage would be 20 minutes at 6:15 pace or 30 minutes at 6:26 pace and my heart should've been at 165-173 (88-92%). Still, as long as I don't get injured or overtrained, it was a lot of good stimulus and good times after at the AGM.
I am beginning to think that 185 is my max based on this and the interval workout a couple weeks ago. Still, I need to have some fun so I'll base my percentages on 188 :)
