Beautiful course...and lots of gravity-assistance (one hill to climb, the rest a very gradual descent.) A bit warm for my taste (70+ and very sunny.) As usual, I went out too fast & settled into an average pace about 2.5 miles in...then had a hard time pushing through the last 1.5. Somehow I missed seeing the mile marker at 3, so it was a nice surprise to see 4 while still looking for 3.

Overall, felt great about it. One week after hardest marathon week.. ran about a minute faster than Wildwood, a minute slower than Garlic Fest.
