Notes
Mom, Dad, and Dave came. Left the house at 6:10, had plenty of time to get there and use the bathroom (no lines). Took a couple of warm up jogs around. Felt good, so not sure what happened. Expected the slow down on Tieken, but not on the trails. I think the congestion threw me...slowed me down more than I should have let it. But holy crap, look at my last mile!!
Wore running skirt, black/grey/pink tech shirt (new). Was incredibly hot the first few miles, then the wind started up, temps seemed to drop, and I got cold. Could have used gloves, even. Rain held off the whole race.
