Notes
This bitch ran 17 miles. Felt pretty damn good. Good enough to run last 1.5 miles at marathon pace. Really had to keep pace in check. A bit disappointed with time though. I did walk up a couple of hills but walked less on this run than the last couple of long runs. Did have to wait quite a bit to cross Old Hickory @ Hwy 70 and also to cross back at Sawyer Brown, kept watch running. But that shouldn't have made that big of a difference. Anyway this bitch ran 17 fucking miles and walked/jogged another half mile or so after finishing the 17....woo fucking hoo.
