Brooks Glycerine 10 - II (Teal)
Definitely sick :( Ran the first 6 with Shawn, Stacy and Andrea. Took it pretty easy (was suppose to be a tempo run) Ran the last 5 with Taylor and Stacy. Last 1/2 mile was fast (7:15sih) which wore me out.
