Warm up: 2 miles at easy effort (11:30-12:30/mile)

Main workout: 3 miles at a moderate/marathon effort (10:50-11:10/mile)

Cool down: 1 mile at an easy, conversational effort (11:30-12:30/mile)

Great weather. Legs felt OK. I kept a slow pace on the easy miles, and got faster on each marathon pace mile, but didn't go too fast on the last mile at that pace. I'm really happy with this one, and I just really enjoyed being out there this morning.
