My legs were pretty tired from yesterday before the run. But as soon as I started, I knew I felt stronger than I have in a few days. What went right? Who knows. First two miles were against a 20 mph and uphillish. So coming back was like gliding. Ran mostly on the Trolley Trail. Just went easy to recover. Tomorrow is WNR and thinking about a race this weekend.
