This workout was interesting because of gym classes being on the track. I went early to avoid the track team, but still got gym classes. Ran easy warm up. Ended up running the mile and one 800 on the road. The mile was up a slight uphill. The 800 was downhill, but around corners and uneven footing. Then went back to the track. A gym classes was using the track, but they didn't mind me. Worked out alright. Stride felt good on the intervals, didn't think much beyond that. Was just good to get in the workout.
